It appears that the Applicant-accused in this Application had also filed two other Bail Applications. The Superintendent of Thane Central prison had intimated the Registry of this Court vide letter dated 21st March, 2023, that the present Applicant had expired on 4th September, 2021 at Sir J.J. Hospital, Mumbai, during her treatment. Alongwith the said intimation, final cause of death certificate dated 17th December, 2021, is also forwarded. Considering this, the earlier Bench of this Court had abated the aforesaid Bail Application No.642 of 2020, on the expiry of the Applicant. Therefore, considering the death of the present Applicant, nothing survives in this Application, and, it RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER stands abated, and, disposed of accordingly.
