P.C:- Learned counsel for the first respondent states that the petitioner has not filed the undertaking required to be filed in terms of the order dated 28th March 2019. The order dated 10th April 2019 records that the petitioner could not settle the dispute with the second respondent i.e. the auction purchaser. The said order records that for said reason the Court was not passing any ad-interim order.

Today, nobody appears for the petitioner.

Writ Petition is dismissed.
