The Petitioners in the above captioned Writ Petitions seek enforcement of orders in their favour entitling them to encashment of unutilized earned leave on superannuation. The employers have challenged the said orders implementation whereof is prayed for by the Petitioners by filing Writ Petition and above captioned Writ Petitioners have been impleaded as Respondents in the Writ Petition filed by the management.

Thus, the Writ Petitioners can defend the orders in their favour in the Writ Petition filed by the management where the defence would be that the orders in their favour have to be given effect by the management.

Thus, the above captioned Petitions are disposed of without any adjudication.
