Mr. Bagkar states that petitioner is present in the Court. He seeks permission to withdraw the Petition in view of the developments occurred subsequent to the filing of the present Petition namely, resolution of dispute between the petitioner and the respondent-husband. 4.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Bagkar, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
