Learned Advocate for Petitioners fairly submitted that, in view of the deliberations, which took place on an earlier occasion in this Court, he has already filed a Writ Petition challenging the Order passed by the Competent Authority under Section 14 of The Secularization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) in the Civil Jurisdiction of this Court. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to pursue the said Civil Petition filed by his client.
