The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has telephonic instructions from the briefing lawyer that the matter has been settled between the parties. He also points out that the website of the Family Court at Pune indicates that the matter before Family Court stands disposed of. He however, states that he does not have any written instructions in the matter. 2.

Considering that the web-site also indicates that the matter has been disposed of, there is no point in proceeding with this petition. This petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous. In case, there is any difficulty as regards instructions, the petitioner is N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
