The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 87 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that some time was lost in obtaining certified copies and thereafter seeking advice of the Advocate resulting in the delay of 87 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Nene appearing for the Respondent opposes the application on the ground that the reasons are bereft of particulars as regards the date etc.

cac-115-13-(2) It is required to be noted that the above Civil Application is pending since 2013. The delay is of 87 days. The Applicant is an organisation which is working for women. The reasons mentioned can be said to be the plausible reasons for the delay of 87 days occurring in filing of the above Civil Revision Application. In my view, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application albeit on imposing some costs on the Applicant. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the delay of 87 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. The Applicant to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- with the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court Bombay, within 6 weeks from date. List the above Civil Revision Application for admission on 20-6-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
