The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions seeks to withdraw the present Petition as alternate remedy under section 154 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is available to file Revision against the impugned order. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has filed this Petition on 06th February 2016 and as we are disposing of today, the concerned authority to consider the case of petitioner without objection to the limitation issue.
