He has placed on record a photocopy of the affidavit dated August 1, 2018 filed by the complainant stating that he does not wish to pursue the matter any more against the applicant. Statement made by learned counsel for the applicant is accepted.

In view thereof, interim order passed by this Court on November 14, 2018 is confirmed.
