On 15 March 2023 an order was passed in these Interim Applications and other three Interim Applications, whereby the other Interim Applications were disposed of confirming the restoration of interim order and these two Interim Applications were kept pending since the learned Counsel for avk 1/2

35-IA-1757-2023-IA-1756-2023.doc the Respondents had submitted that there is a discrepancy in respect of the deposit made by the Applicants for restoration of the interim relief. The learned Counsel for the parties inform that the discrepancy is resolved and the Petitioner has made the deposit identical to the one involved in the Interim Applications which were disposed of.

Accordingly following order :- Interim Application No. 1757 of 2023 in Writ Petition No.7 of 2022 and Interim Application No.1756 of 2023 in Writ Petition No.7149 of 2022 are disposed of by confirming restoration of the interim order already granted on 2 March 2023.
