This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal against the Judgment and order dated 14/09/2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik, in Special Case No.240 of 2021. This Appeal is filed with the help of the Legal Services Authority of this Court. Apparently, the applicant is financially poor and he could not file the appeal through the private advocate. There is a delay of 11 days in filing the appeal.
