P.C.:- This Interim Application is for bringing legal heirs of Petitioner No.1(d) on record. Present Application is filed within the period limitation. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, notices to Respondents are yet to be issued in the main Petition and therefore, in the present Application also there is no need to issue notices to heirs of Respondent No.1(d).
