Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 18th March 2024. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. Consent terms are signed by both the petitioners and the Secretary of the Society as the authorised representative of the respondent no. 1 - society. 2.

Signatories of the consent terms are present in court. They all admit their signatures as well as the contents of the consent terms to Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

be correct. Consent terms are signed by the respective Advocates and the parties and their signatures are identified by their respective Advocates.

Undertaking in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to the Court.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that necessary compliance for admitting the petitioners as members and issuing share certificates shall be completed latest within two weeks from today provided the petitioners submit the indemnity bond with the respondent no. 1- society today.

The statement made on behalf of respondent no. 1 for necessary compliance is accepted. Respondent no. 1 shall complete the entire process as agreed in the consent terms maximum within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that copy of the indemnity bond is annexed to the consent terms and on instructions submits that the duly executed indemnity bond shall be submitted to respondent no. 1-society during the course of the day. 2/3
