Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the Tahsildar has prepared the partition chart and that Gat Nos. 9 and 10 have been allotted to defendant Nos. 1 and 2 as prayed by them in the application before the Executing Authority.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
