P.C:- The learned APP has produced for perusal of the Court report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Swargate Division, Pune City. The report records that charge sheet has been filed only against the third Petitioner. The final report/charge sheet records that no evidence of commission of any offence was found against the other Petitioners.

As far as third Petitioner is concerned, as chargesheet has been filed against him, we grant liberty to the said Petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. All contentions raised by him are expressly kept open.
