This is an application for condonation of delay of four years and 351 days in filing the Appeal challenging the Judgment and order dated 21/12/2017 passed by Learned Special Judge under POCSO Act, Greater Bombay. The major sentence imposed on him was for 20 years of R.I.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of four years and 351 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
