Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing respondent no.5-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to decide the representation / proposal dated 27th August, 2015 filed by respondent no.7 (Copy of which is annexed as page 28 to the petition) which is received in the office of respondent no.5 - Education Officer on 31st August, 2016, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
