Perused the Orders dated 27th October, 2020 and 3rd November, 2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. Though, both sides have made grievances qua the implementation of these orders, the fact remains that the Taluka Inspector of Land Records (TILR) has now provided measurement sheets etc., to the Respondent No.5. In view thereof, we pass the following order : SSP 1/2

5 cp 60 of 2021.doc (i) The second regularization application filed by Respondent No.5 shall be disposed of by the Palghar Municipal Council within a period of two weeks from today, strictly on merits without being influenced by the earlier order/s passed by any Courts and/or authority.

(ii) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Chief Ofocer, Palghar Municipal Council on 13th December, 2021 at 12.00 noon when the Chief Ofocer will give necessary directions in the matter.
