DATE: JANUARY 12, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Heard Mr. Ingle, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicantwife. 2] I am informed that Applicant is custodian of two children and as such it will be difficult for her to travel and attend the court proceedings which are initiated by the non-applicant/husband at Family Court, Kolhapur. According to Counsel for the Applicant, proceedings needs to be transferred to Sangli. 3] Contentions are not controverted by the non-applicant/husband, through served.

4] As such, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 1/2

MCA-165-2021.doc Prayer clause (b) reads as under:- "(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an Order transferring the Hindu Marriage Petition No.469/2019 filed by the Respondent against the Applicant and pending on the file of Family Court Kolhapur or Ld. C.J.S.D. Kolhapur to the Family Court at Sangli on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper;"
