According to Counsel for the Applicant, proceedings needs to be transferred to Sangli. 3] Contentions are not controverted by the non-applicant/husband, through served.

C.J.S.D. Kolhapur to the Family Court at Sangli on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit and proper;"
