29.ba-849-2021.doc However, learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that in spite of order dated 30th September, 2021 passed in the case of Shatrukan S. Mhatre in Bail Application No.2679 of 2021, directing Trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously, there has been no progress at all in the matter.

Trial Court is reminded of the order passed by this Court (Coram: P. D. Naik, J.) on 30th September, 2021 in Bail Application No.2679 of 2021 to expedite the trial. Since the date of that order, there is no progress in trial. Therefore, the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to complete the trial as early as possible and preferably within six months from today.

With these directions Bail Application is disposed of. Interim application is also disposed of.

The learned counsel for the Inventor undertakes to produce a copy of this order before the Trial Court.
