The Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint, filed vide letter dated 7th February, 2015. Mrs. Sonawane, learned APP, having taken instructions from Mr. Tavhare, Sr. P.I. 707-15-wp=.doc been issued and the preliminary inquiry in the allegations made by the complainant is being held. She further stated that the inquiry would be concluded and appropriate decision would be communicated to the petitioner within seven days. Statement is accepted.
