The learned counsel for the applicant states that all parties are served. By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing this civil application and for recall of the order dated 24th August, 2016 passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). No order as to costs. Affidavit in reply to the writ petition shall be filed within one week and a copy 1/2

Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week from the date of service of reply and a copy thereof shall be served upon respondents advocate.
