1. This application seeks condonation of delay in filing the revision application. The learned counsel for respondent no.2 appears on notice and undertakes to enter appearance within a week from today. In the meantime, he has no objection if the present application is heard. The application sets out the reasons for the delay in paragraph 3. The application is opposed on behalf of respondent no.2.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I am of the view that the delay has been sufficiently explained and the delay is liable to be condoned. In the circumstances, I pass the following order:- 1/2
