Advocate for Applicant submits that, he has received instructions from his client to withdraw Civil Application as well as First Appeal. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked as 'x' for identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order.

ORDER

a) Civil Application as well as First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

b) The sum of Rs. 25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing the First Appeal in Registry to be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in the account of Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 691 of 2010 with interest, if any. c) Refund of Court fees according to law.
