CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & PRAKASH. D. NAIK, JJ.

DATED :- MARCH 21, 2018 P.C. :- 1.

After the writ petition was heard for some time and our attention was invited to the earlier orders so also the factual position that the petitioner's son has since been released from the illegal custody/detention of respondent nos. 3 and 4, we do not see any reason to entertain this petition. However, we clarify that if the criminal law is set in motion by the petitioner or the State against respondent nos. 3 and 4, then, the legal proceedings in pursuance thereof shall be disposed of irrespective of the stand taken by the parties in this petition and the final orders thereon.
