Aher The offences were registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 313, 326, 504, 506 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. The applicant was directed to attend concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 10.00 to 12.00 noon and whenever called by the Investigating Officer by issuing notice in writing till completing of investigation. 2.

The applicant has so far complied the condition of reporting and reliance is placed on the acknowledgment of reporting reflected on diary. Learned APP submitted that the investigation is still in progress and charge-sheet is yet to be filed. In these circumstance, the condition can be modified as follows :

The applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. till filing of charge-sheet.
