The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 250 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons for the said delay find a place in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 i.e. the original Plaintiffs opposes the above Civil Application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3, the above Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the delay of 250 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application stands condoned. List the above Civil Revision Application along with the Writ Petition No,2352 of 2013 on 2-22015, to be shown high on board. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
