The petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of the special case No.3 of 2014 pending on the file of Special Court at Nashik City.. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that charge against accussed in the said special case is already framed and trial has started. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 3.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open.
