Learned Counsel for the applicant states that since the dispute was amicably settled between the applicant and the respondent no.2, they had filed an application, being Criminal Application No.704 of 2017, before the the Division Bench of this Court, seeking quashing of the aforesaid case being C.R.No.26 of 2017, registered with the Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, Solapur. He submits that the Division Bench of this Court has today, by consent, quashed the aforesaid C.R.
