This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R. No.22 of 2016 registered at Chandwad Police Station, District-Nashik. It is seen that the Applicants have not filed application before the Sessions Court and have approached this Court directly. The learned counsel for the Applicants, under instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file application before the Sessions Court. Leave with liberty is granted.
