The learned counsel for the Applicants, after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He prays that the trial be expedited.

In view of the peculiar facts of the case, the trial is expedited. The Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial within one year from the date of receipt of that order. If the said trial does not conclude within one year, for no fault of the Applicants, the Applicants shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
