The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 10 of 2022 registered with Ghoti Police Station, District-Nashik, under Section 306 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Anjana Goikane, the mother of the deceased Vijay Goikane, who committed suicide on 3 January 2022. 3.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused FIR.

In this case the co-accused Mrs.Shubhangi Goikane has been granted pre-arrest bail by order dated 14 February 2022 in ABA No.356 of 2022.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not dispute that the only role of the present Applicant is that she was pressurizing the deceased to get married with the co-accused. In that view of the matter the following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) In the event of her arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No.10 of 2022 registered with Ghoti Police Station, Dist-Nashik, the Applicant shall be released on bail on executing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 28 February 2022 and 1 March 2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
(iii) The Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.

(iv) The Criminal Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
