CORAM : A. M. DHAVALE, J.
DATE : 14 th SEPTEMBER, 2018.
P. C. :
1.
Heard learned advocate Mr. S. R. Ganbavale. The plaintiff's suit for injunction based on title and possession had been decreed. There are concurrent findings on facts. Learned advocate fairly admits that, from the date of suit 7 x 12 extract also stand in the name of plaintiff. This is a case of appreciation of facts. No perversity or ignorance of material evidence has been pointed out. Hence, there is no scope for interference. Hence, second appeal is dismissed. 2.
In view of disposal of second appeal, civil application does not survive and disposed of.
