Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Srivastava, learned Counsel for respondent. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered consent terms enclosing therewith power of attorney in favour of Girish Pawar and photo copy of Aadhaar Card of the petitioner. The same are taken on record and marked 'A' colly for identification. Mr. Deshmukh states that petitioner is present in the Court. Mr. Srivastava states that Mr. Girish Pawar, Deputy Manager [Legal] and Power of Attorney Holder of the respondent/Company is present in the Court. Mr. Srivastava has tended photo copy of identity card issued by respondent/Company which is taken on record and marked 'B' for identification.

Learned Counsel for the parties submitted that Petition may be disposed of in terms of consent terms. Parties agree and confirm correctness of the consent terms.

After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that controversy between the parties is lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms. Under the consent terms, respondent has to pay Rs. 50,000/- towards carrying out repairs on the terrace of licensed premises and further Rs. 77,400/- towards additional license fee for the period of December, 2014 to October, 2015. Respondent has agreed to make payment within two weeks from execution of the consent terms.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms. Order accordingly.
