By this Civil Application, the applicant widow of the deceased Santosh Shinde filed an Application for withdrawal of the amount awarded by the MACT, Thane by Judgment and award dated 20.9.2017 in MACP NO.296 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant do not have any source of income. She submits that claimant require the amount deposited by insurance company for her

day-to-day expenses.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in the Civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for withdrawal of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- without furnishing any security. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant-Vaidya Santosh Shinde at present is entitled to withdraw total a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- without furnishing any security.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
