By an order dated 28.09.2016 passed in the above Civil Application it has been held that since by the above Civil Application the MCGM is seeking an order against 12 persons who are not parties before this Court, the above Civil Application is not maintainable. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of on the said ground. However it would be open for the MCGM to adopt such proceedings as are permissible in law to evict the said 12 persons.
