After arguing for some time, learned senior counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Considering the fact that the applicant has been in custody since October, 2015, the trial of the applicant is expedited.

In view of the disposal of the Bail Application No.406 of 2017, the Intervention Application being Criminal Application No.232 of 2017 does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
