Pursuant to the order dated 8th September, 2021, the learned AGP obtained instructions from the Divisional Deputy Director, Education, Mumbai, to the learned AGP stating in writing that if the Management complies with all the requisitions, the
2 6-WP 1579-13@1580-13.odt proposal can be considered within four weeks thereafter. She tenders the copy of the letter received from the concerned offcer and the letter dated 18th November, 2021 addressed by the concerned offcer to the Management, conveying the requisitions with a request to comply with the same within 15 days from the date of receipt of the said letter. The letter dated 23rd November, 2021 and 18th November, 2021 are taken on record and marked 'Xcollectively' for identifcation. 2.
We accordingly direct the Management to comply with the said requisitions made in the letter dated 18th November, 2021 and to furnish the details about the documents within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. 3.
The authority shall decide the proposal within four weeks from the date of Management complying with the requisitions and shall pass an appropriate order. 4.
The order shall be communicated to the Petitioners and the Management within one week from the date of passing the order. If the order is adverse against any of the parties, such party will be at liberty to fle appropriate proceedings. No coercive steps
3 6-WP 1579-13@1580-13.odt shall be taken against such party, in case the order is adverse, for a period of three weeks from the date of communication. If the order is in favour of the Petitioners, the consequential reliefs shall be granted by the authority in favour of the Petitioners within four weeks thereafter.

The Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. 6.
Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. 7.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 9.
The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners in both the matters have agreed to communicate this order to the Management for information and compliance within three days from today.
