Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the order dated 1.10.2010 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7905 of 2008, of which contempt is alleged, has been complied with. He points out that the Petitioner was reinstated in service and the back-wages are also paid. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this petition. Petition is yet to be admitted. In view of the fact that the order is complied with, the contempt petition is disposed of.
