Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison submitted that, the trial of Petitioner has already commenced and the process of recording of evidence is in progress. That, the Trial Court has scheduled next date of hearing on 10th February, 2023. 2.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off. 3.
