At the outset, Ms. Kak, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State states that investigation is in progress and Charge-sheet is not yet filed. She states that Charge-sheet will be filed within a period of one week.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.
