Both the Courts have recorded the finding that the appellants/plaintiffs have failed to establish title over the suit property. The appellants/plaintiffs had encroached upon the area belonging to the respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat and hence the notice was given for removal of unauthorized construction. 2.

In view of this, no substantial question of law arises in this second appeal. The second appeal is dismissed. Judge.
