The Appellants will carry out the necessary amendments to add the Applicant as Respondent no. 2. Amendments to be carried out to the appeal as also to the Appellants' civil application for stay without need of reverification by 18th August 2017. Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 will be served with a copy of amended appeal and the amended civil application for stay.
