Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The Petitioner has sought following prayers (a) and (b):

"(a) The Respondents No.1 and 2 be directed to conduct one more round of admission for Engineering Degree Course for academic year 2020-21 in Maharashtra for admissions on the seats in Institutional Quota, and for that purpose appropriate writ, order and/or direction be issued; (b) Petitioner be permitted to take admission to Engineering Degree Course for academic year 2020-21 on the seat reserved for NT (B), on the basis of undertaking to produce Caste Validity Certificate as soon as it is issued by District Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik;"

Learned Counsel for the Respondent pointed out that as of today no relief can be granted to the Petitioner and the classes have commenced and the admission process is long over. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not in position to controvert this aspect. 3.

The Writ Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
