The above Civil Application has been filed for furnishing fresh address of the Respondent No.6 as the notices on the address mentioned in the cause title could not be served upon the Respondent No.6. The Applicants also pray that the Respondent Nos.8, 9 and 10 be served on the address of the power of attorney holder. The Applicants also pray for substituted service on the Respondent No.12.

The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Respondent No.6 to be served on the address mentioned in prayer clause (a) of the above Civil Application so also the Respondent Nos.8, 9 and 10 to be served on the address of the power of attorney holder which is mentioned in the prayer clause (b) of the above Civil Application. The learned counsel for the Applicants seeks to effect substitute service on the Respondent No.12. Hence in so far as the service of notice on the Respondent No.12 is concerned, the said prayer is allowed by permitting the Applicants to serve the Respondent No.12 by publishing a notice in the local newspaper "Prabhat" having circulation in Pune. The notice to indicated that the same is made returnable on 31/03/2017. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
