wp-713-15 alone and her mother - Sophia Davis Chakkalakkal who came with the petitioner, has been asked to wait outside.

The lady - Ms. Nimmie Davis Chakkalakkal, for whose production present writ has been filed, was explained that she should not have any fear or apprehension and of her own free-will, take suitable decision and that decision can be then implemented properly. Statement of Ms. Nimmie Davis Chakkalakkal has been recorded in the presence of learned counsel for the parties in our chamber. 4.

She has stated, in the presence of learned counsel for the parties, that she wants to reside with her maternal uncle i.e. respondent no.1.

In view of the statement given by Ms. Nimmie, no orders sought for can be passed in this writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. No costs.
