On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application, in the wake of the material compiled in the chargesheet, learned counsel for the applicant Mr.Kashid, seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission granted.

Learned counsel would, however, submits that the applicant came to be arrested on 17/06/2020 and till date, even charge is not framed and he would request for expediting the trial.

Though I am not inclined to grant his request, I deem it appropriate to request the Sessions Court at Dindoshi, who is seized of Sessions Case No.358 of 2020, to frame a charge within a period of one year from today and proceed with the trial.
