The petitioners herein have impugned the order passed by the learned District Judge - 2, rejecting the application below Exhibit - 5. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
