By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 30.9.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Minister of State for Co-operation, Mumbai. By that order, the Hon'ble Minister granted stay to the order dated 10.8.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Corporation and Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune. Ms. Nimbalkar has tendered photo-copy of the order dated 2.2.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Minister of State for Cooperation. Same is taken on record and

She submitted that by order dated 2.2.2017, the Revision Application is allowed and the order dated 10.8.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Cooperation is set aside. She, therefore, submitted that the petition is rendered infructuous. Mr.Panchal states that the petitioners will consider challenging the order dated 2.2.2017, if so advised. In view thereof, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous. It will be open to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 2.2.2017 if so advised. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
