Heard Mr.Jaydeep Deo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Saloni Jain, learned counsel for the respondents. 2.

The matter was heard at length on 8th August, 2018 and was kept today for passing orders as also to enable Mr. Deo to take instructions. Upon taking instructions, Mr. Deo seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file application for taking inspection in terms of Section 108(m) of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882. The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that in case such liberty is given, all contentions of the respondents may be kept open.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Deo the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and is disposed of as such. It is made clear that I have not examined merits of the case. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
